Credit Policy

Credit Application

Each customer must complete a credit application in its entirety to qualify for credit terms. For promotional companies, credit card payment on the first order is recommended to avoid delay while undergoing a credit check.

Credit Limit

Credit Limits are determined at the discretion of G&G Golf Company on an individual basis using available credit information on each customer and relevant environmental factors.

Credit Terms

Credit qualification is determined at the discretion of G&G Golf Company on an individual basis using available credit information on each customer and relevant environmental factors.

If a customer qualifies for credit, standard credit terms of net 30 days are extended from invoice date unless otherwise stated. A monthly interest payment is added at a rate of 1.5% per month for late payments.

Customers not qualifying for credit must prepay for their order. For custom orders, payment must be received prior to customization. For stock orders, payment must be received prior to shipping.

Invoices and Statements

Invoices are sent upon shipping to customers by email, fax or mail based on customer preference. Statements are sent at the beginning of each month to all customers using the same delivery method as invoices.

Payment Options

Cheque, e-Transfer and electronic funds transfer (EFT) are accepted for all invoices.

Payment can also be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) at time of shipping for no additional fee, however if terms are taken, payments made by credit card will be assessed a 3% surcharge.

Collection Process

Customers over 30 days receive a courtesy call. Customers over 45 days receive a Past Due notice along with a call to determine payment status.

If no communication or payment plan is established by 60 days overdue, the account is placed on hold.

Customers with an outstanding balance over 90 days are sent a collections notice. The customer has 10 days to make payment. If no progress is made, the account is placed in collections with a third party collections agency.

Final action to collect outstanding payments is legal action which is assessed on an individual basis.
